Li_chair

an elegant armchair formed from an expressively shaped backrest, two continuous armrests serving as legs, and a seat. The armchair is subtle and elegant yet structurally sound and stable. Wood is glued using wood. Mass production would use lignin glue for bonding since it’s a natural part of the wood. The shape of each part is calculated to use the most surface area of prefabricated plywood panels. The armchair concept maximizes the use of raw materials from a single tree trunk and reduces material waste in all stages of production.
